About SeniorHelping

Everyday support works better when everyone knows what comes next.

SeniorHelping is being built to give families and trusted helpers a calmer, shared view of everyday responsibilities—without losing sight of the older adult’s choices, routines, and dignity.

The product is currently in private internal testing.

Why we’re building it

Family coordination can become a job no one planned for.

A ride is arranged in one text thread. An appointment sits on one person’s calendar. A household task is discussed on a call, but no one is sure who agreed to handle it. Even caring, attentive families can lose time and context when everyday details are scattered.

SeniorHelping is designed around a narrower goal: help a private Family Circle see the current plan, understand clear ownership, and share factual updates. It is not an emergency service, a monitoring system, or a source of medical guidance.

What guides the work

Built around clarity, respect, and real family life

The older adult remains a person, not a project.

Coordination should reflect their preferences, boundaries, and daily life—not reduce them to a list of tasks.

Information should match each person’s role.

A private circle and role-appropriate views are intended to help families share what is useful without making every detail visible to everyone.

Accessibility is part of the product requirement.

Clear language, readable sizing, keyboard operation, generous touch targets, and more than color alone guide the experience from the start.
